In the injection molding machine, it was reported that bridging in the raw material hopper was causing poor material feeding into the screw, leading to unstable molding. We received inquiries for countermeasures. The user confirmed the effectiveness through a loan and has been operating smoothly since the introduction. A bridge was reported to occur in the small hopper installed on top of the tablet press, and we would like to introduce a case where our solution was adopted. Introducing case studies of Bro-Disc Mini adoption. Preventing rat holes in the raw material hopper!

To prevent rat-holing in the raw material hopper of the powder molding press, we have adopted the Bro-Disk Mini. This hopper is equipped with an agitator for mixing, but it was reported that it was not very effective, so we were consulted.
